How to use the tracker

  1. Add planned spend first to see your projected remaining budget.
  2. Log purchases once you buy items from the Pit Stop shop price list.
  3. Use the summary cards to spot when you are close to budget limits.

Each team starts with an allocated budget. This is based on the funds raised during the project. Use this tool to keep evidence for your engineering portfolio and to build responsible spending habits.

Admin controls

Archiving hides a team from the home page but keeps its budget, purchases and plans so it can be restored later. Deleting removes the team and all of its data permanently.
